At Cloister Bell Boys, we stand behind every sonic, relic, and rift-tearing replica we send through time and space. Here’s how we handle refunds:

🌀 Before Shipping:

Changed your mind or need to cancel? No problem. We offer full refunds for any order before it ships, no questions asked, just a clean timeline reset.

📦 After Shipping / Damaged Items:

Once your item has been dispatched through the vortex (or USPS), refunds are no longer available, unless your order was damaged in transit. If your replica shows up looking like it took a hit from a Dalek blaster, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

🧰 Repair Policy:

Our products are made with love, but they are replicas made for collectors, not toys made for children. We hope you are able to cherish your items, but we can’t be liable for damage that happens on your adventures. We will, however, always offer advice on how to fix anything that has been damaged, or repair it for a small fee. Just get in touch!

 

📸 What We Need:

To speed up your replacement or refund, please send us photos of the damage. This helps us verify the issue and summon a replacement from the workshop faster than you can say “Allons-y!”
